They were up front with me and recommended since I had a Gateway and installing hard drive on it could be a problem that I take it to Gateway. "Doctor Computers is a lifesaver. I am an author/publisher in the process of completing a six year publishing project. In the midst of completing my final draft, my desktop completely crashed ... locking inside it ... a myriad of documents and photos needed to complete the project for printing. Even though much of the data had been backed up ... I was in no way prepared to lose access to over 2,500 vintage racing photos, many of them color and scanned at an average resolution of 300 dpi.
